Hey Friends,
For years we've gathered the biggest changemakers in smart buildings online (mainly, through this newsletter), and if you’ve been paying attention, you know that next month, for the first time, we’re doing it live and in-person at NexusCon.
We already have more than 50 building owners committed to attending, including companies like Google, Microsoft, Mastercard, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase… I’ll stop now, but I encourage you to look at the full list below.
NexusCon is THE place to be if you're part of the movement toward digital and decarbonized buildings. But more than a place to connect, NexusCon is also a place to learn, with 20 sessions and 50 speakers around our two themes:
As we get closer to the beginning of the conference, we’re continuing to preview some of our sessions that we think would be most of interest to certain attendees. This week, we’re focusing on one of the biggest opportunities in smart buildings — office spaces. The descriptions of the NexusCon sessions most related to office spaces are below, give them a read and let us know what you think.
We have a limited number of tickets remaining. If you're a vendor hoping to meet these buyers, register today by clicking below. If you're a buyer, use code NEXUSCONBUYER2024 to receive a complimentary ticket.
Hope to see you in September!

This session is aimed to be an optimistic outlook on the Smart Building Transition for commercial real estate. We'll be joined by Montgomery Technologies, Tishman Speyer, Quadreal, and Vornado Realty Trust to hear case studies and facilitate a panel discussion about programs that are already working today to achieve the Smart Building Transition.
As organizations strive to stay competitive, the ability to harness and interpret vast amounts of data has become a crucial differentiator. In this session, industry leaders from Carr Properties, Salesforce, and McKesson will share their insights and experiences on how data is transforming the way we manage and optimize work environments. We’ll also engage the audience with world-cafe-style breakout discussions on the need to integrate data, analytics, and insights into office any workplace processes, decisions, and actions.
In this session, we're switching it up and looking towards the future. What new and innovative building technologies are around the corner to shape the industry in the decades to come? This session will contain Pecha-Kucha style 7-minute quick dives into different technology that is on the horizon and starting to make its way into the world’s most advanced buildings. We’ll hear from Lockheed Martin on drone technology, Albertsons on refrigerant asset strategies, Lee Odess on cutting-edge physical security, Normal and AVUITY on occupancy-based HVAC control, and more breakthrough technologies. Buckle up and see the future of the smart buildings industry.
