1—Member Gathering with Joe Aamidor (Recording)

​Here's the recording from this week's member gathering with special guest Joe Aamidor. Joe works in product management and studies the smart buildings market diligently. We picked Joe's brain on three primary topics:

1. Topic 1: what are some of the overall trends (M&A, funding rounds, partnerships) in the smart buildings market from the first half of 2021?
2. Topic 2: Carbon management/sustainability software - how is it different than the analytics products we've been using and talking about for years?
3. Topic 3: Small buildings... what's happening in this mini-market that used to be whitespace?

Joe walked through how CRE owners think about investing in their buildings... and it's a surprise to many of us.
