From occupancy sensors and room booking, to space measurement and customized reporting, AVUITY is here to help you understand your space and improve employee experience.
AVUITY sells sensors to companies that occupy large amounts of office space. These sensors monitor the number of people using a space plus the temperature, light, noise, and humidity in that space. Their customers use the data provided by the sensors to improve their office space and help their employees enjoy the office and be more productive.
AVUITY was founded out of an architecture firm (BHDP) over ten years ago with a focus on analyzing space design and how space is used. They have multiple global portfolio deployments as well as a history of servicing those customers. As noted above, accuracy is the key and they have been enhancing their AI software for many years to become more and more powerful - as it looks and reports on objects in space.
They are one of the only providers to share environmental metrics and also be able to tie those back into a BMS system (Example: HVAC) to better help the operational efficiency of the building. They can also set up alerts for cleaning across a floor, building, or portfolio based on overall usage by people or occupancy. AVUITY has a core focus on data, enhancing actionable use cases, and improving viewability through reporting dashboards. This enables real estate decision-makers to swiftly make informed choices regarding right sizing, space optimization, and decisions related to design and furniture type.
